Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a new branch in the forum for you to give me info on your car. If you see a pic of your car in the "member's rides" area with no info or would like to add/change the current info, just post what you would like to see here and I will attach what you give me to the picture of your car. Include the year, make, model, color, powerplant and anything else that might help like a nickname or a brief history of the ride. We are getting bigger and bigger and I figured this would be a great way to keep track of all of our members. Thanks -Br8

2002 Pontiac Trans Am Firehawk #1142,
"Last of the Breed"
Owner, Robert Szypczak
"Ship-chak," "Six-Pack," "Zip-Zak" or something that rhymes with that.
The plates read "NDANGRD" as she is an endangered Hawk...the last one they made. Sad to say, but no more Firebirds will be made. This Trans Am Firehawk is a product of SLP performance, a special ordered car that came with a few extras from the factory...unique hood, better handling, special badging and a bit more horsepower under the hood. To help this Hawk scream, she has Kooks Long Tube Headers, a Corsa Exhaust, Strano Springs, Koni shocks, CCW custom billet wheels with 305/30/19 rubber in the rear to help plant the 365Hp.
Check her out at; http://s1007.photobucket.com/albums/af194/shippershack/

This is a 1969 Firebird packing 400 cubic inches of Big Block Pontiac Power. The car was painted viper red, with the black vinyl top. The car was originally built by Chuck Padgett, a member of the SCMCS. Since bought it has turned into a father and son project that Craig Shaw and his son Michael have some good times working on together. A good way of passing the Gearhead hobby from one generation to another.

Ha Brett,
My name is Robert we met it the Walgreen’s and you shared this vision with me. I have the Blue & Silver 1966 Mustang with the side pipes, I chose this car because back in high school I had one just like it, not painted, not reupholstered, not finished. So when looking for the car to restore this was THE car. It went from sky blue to electric blue and silver, I tried to make it look like what I had in mind to do with the car back in high school. My old car had crager ss mags, it had side pipes, it had a 289 V8 with headers and high rise, 4B carb. And a four speed trans. This car has all that but not the four speed it’s a C4 automatic.
The side pipes came after I lost my brakes coming down the old bridge in Beaufort one day. My car in high school had dual exhaust that had broken a bracket and was hanging on the one rubber brake line on the rear end. After that I wanted nothing under the car that would chance that happening again. People liked the look and so did I, so that’s why they had to be on this car.
The car has been so fun to work on and I try an do all that I can myself, anything you can do that makes time disappear is a passion, this is my passion. Cruising now with the car is the most fun you can have with your shocks on, Thank you for the SCMCS.
I now have a new project, a 1966 Chevy ¾ ton fleet side pickup truck I hope to have my son drive it soon in a cruise and get the fever as well!!
Thanks
Robert C

Black 1999 Lingenfelter vette, bought while was in the navy 2years ago and wasn't sold as a lingenfelter but after letting a buddy who had a zo6 drive it and say it was way faster than his we threw it on the dyno only to find that it had 530hp to the wheels. So I got the previous owners info from the dealership and called him up, he said he had traded it on a c5 zo6 which he had on order and didn't want to ship it to lingerfelter to have them sell it. So he just traded it as "stock" and I ended up with it, he sent me all the badgeing and paperwork with the build sheet and numbers. Here's what's it's got 427cid 530hp! Vararam ram air intake, slp underdrive pulley, forged pistons and upgraded cam, slp loudmouth exhaust, hid headlights, custom guage pillar, hurst q-ball long throw shifter, blacked out corvette badging, tail lights and parking-running lamps, cags disabled, no- governor and comp re-tuned after the procharger was removed for re-build which I will put on hopefully on day when I get the time! The cars name is KITT like the car from knight rider, due to my red and black theme it just seemed fitting and has stuck.

Why Haven't I heard of this club before? I've got a 1970 Dodge Super Bee that loves to hit the pavement and a 1968 Dart GTS in process of restoring. I'm a Mopar or no car kind of guy, but that's only if I'm drivin. I love to see all this vintage metal around here. Look forward to cruisin the boulevard.

"The Fish"

My 98 ram turnned 52' Kustom.... It is still in the buildng phase. The idea was to flip the usual rod on its top by going from new to old insted of trying to make the old car new. It has an oldie style bed which I custom made from the inner skin of the stock bed, wood deck handmade. Fromt grill is a '51 Dodge B3B Pickup's. I am adding a '52" butterfly hood and full front fenders. Also have a 50's Unity Spotlight and custom white walls. This truck is built from all Mopar parts.... powered by a 360 Magnum 5.9 Liter V8, headers and intake should bring HP around 400+ once I get finished.

!955 chevy pickup i purchased when i was 14. found it sitting in a field rotting for 11 years. once a one ton flat bed with a tree growing through it, to a four wheel drive monster truck, now to the slickest pickup roadster. And yes i did all the work my self from welding a new chassis to a custom bed. rebuilt the 454 to pump out 560 little ponies. Set in a 79 camaro front suspension and cut down posi rear end. !4 inch wide M/T in the rear with torquer 2 rims. made it stand out with vermillion red and 6 coats of clear.

Radio Controlled cars have never got old, never in a boy's life. Striking new designs along with high powered motors, these R.C Cars have an ever-lasting panache, making each one of us want them.
